Rules & Regulations
1. All resident members should return back by 10.00 pm every day .
2. After 10.00 pm , atmosphere in bldg. should be calm a& peaceful. No disturbances like celebration of birthdays, loud shouting, talking is allowed
3. Cooking in any form is not allowed in room.
4. Alcohol consumption in any form is not allowed
5. Room walls /flooring/ electrical fittings/ plumbing fittings should be protected from any damage. Modification of any type is not allowed in room . Any damage to property will be recovered from tenant
6. Relatives and visitors are not allowed in room.( visitors include parents, friends, other relatives, local guardian).
7. All members are responsible for fittings & furniture and other accessories provided by management. Any damages to property will be recovered from concerned members
8. Members who do not follow above rules will be forced to leave premises immediately on same day
9. Food facility:- This is provided by Separate caterer . Classic Apartments Hospitality services Management is only coordinating for timely availability of food .

Security and Safety of Members :-
1) Member will inform if they are coming late beyond 11.00pm well in advance..
2) Each member will inform their standard incoming time as per job requirement
3) Do not travel in Auto, six seater lonely. 6) do not take lift from any unknown person
4) Do not reach to Pune from outside at late night. If at all if you reach Pune at odd hours then it will be safe to wait at bus stand/ Rly station / airport till early morning than to travel in Auto/Cab at odd hour.
5)Once you leave Classic Apartments premises , you have to take maximum care of yourself.
6) Management also reserves its right to amend above rules and regulations as & when necessary.

Undertaking ( by member)
1. I have read all above rules . I accept all rules
2.I will not make any type of cooking in my room
3.I undertake that there will not be any alcohol consumption in my room
4. I assure management that my behavior will be cordial and in harmony with other members and staff
5. I am fully aware that and also accept that outside Classic Apartments premises, My security and safety is my responsibility and Classic Apartments Management is no way responsible for any happenings outside Premises
