What are the measures taken before the admissions of a resident into the Classic Apartments ?

  1. We check the temperature of all customers at the entry point. Any individual with a temperature above 99.1 f will be refused admission and will be advised to report to the closest medical facility
  2. Sanitization of common areas (reception, lobby, lounge) every 6 hours with phenolic disinfectant
  3. Health declaration forms are a must to identify travel history of customers as per government guidelines.
  4. Social distancing is observed at all times: entrance, lobby, reception.

What are the various sanitization procedures followed in Classic Apartments ?

  1. Sanitizer in every floor of the space
  2. Housekeeping and service staff to wear masks (3 ply or N95) and gloves ( single use) at all times.
  3. All contact zones are constantly sanitized
  4. Masks and gloves will be provided on request
  5. Bathrooms are well maintained

What are the hygiene protocols for rooms that are followed?

  1. All washrooms are equipped with liquid soap dispensers and packed soap bars. Room linens are changed once in two days or on request of customers
